 
We try to keep things simple for those of you who desire to turn your
own artwork into an embroidery or screen-print masterpiece.File Formats: We can handle just about any graphic file format, but we reccomend you send your artwork in high quality GIF, JPEG, or TIFF format. File Sizes: If you plan on e-mailing us your artwork, you will want to keep the file size small enough as not to jam up our mail server. If your design is 1MB in size or more, there is a good chance we may not receive it; even worse... we might have to call our ISP to clean up the e-mail log-jam which would delay us getting started on your project. If you save your project at a resolution of 72 to 170 DPI and keep the file size down, we can print out your design and digitize it at high res here in our store. If you insist saving your artwork at 300 DPI or higher, burn it to CD and send it to our mailing address along with your contact info. CDs will not be returned. Design Limitations: Your design must be no larger than 8 and 1/2 x 11 inches. If your artwork needs to be larger, contact or store for suggestions. Below is a breakdown of size restrictions for your design relating to specific garments. Of course we can put a design on many other garments, so if you don't find what you are looking for on this page, contact us.
